  Torgbui Nuwordu, a fetish priest from Klikor has been crowned the overall best farmer in the Ketu municipal at the  41st National Best Farmers day held on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at Agbozume Logove A M.E Zion School park.  He took home a tricycle, 10 cutlasses, 2 pairs of wellington boots, 4 bottles of herbicides, 4 bottles of insecticides, 1 spraying machine, 1 50kg bag of NPK, 1 50kg bag of Urea and a flat screen TV.   The 2025 Hogbeza will take place at Dugame-Battor in the North Tongu District of the Volta Region on 13th December, 2025. It will be attended by the President, HE John Dramani Mahama, and the Volta Regional Minister, Hon Gunu. This was disclosed by the paramount chief of Battor Traditional Area, who is the Vice President of the Volta Regional House of chiefs and a member of the National House of chiefs, Togbega Patamia Dzekley VII, in a speech at a mini Hogbeza held at Manya-Battor on the 15th of November, 2025, to herald the main festival in December. November 9, 2025 The Patriots of Nogokpo Association in the Ketu South Municipality has celebrated its fifth anniversary on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Nogokpo. The Association serves as a medium of unity, friendship, and vision. The Association was founded in 2020 by Mr. Bright Agbesi Bokorvi to create a community where members could support each other in times of need. Speaking at the anniversary, Mr. Bokorvi recounted how the Association started as a WhatsApp group. "Five years ago, this vision of bringing especially the youth together for a common purpose, which is supporting each other in times of need, began," he said.
