How do your church looks today, a chapel of genuine faith or an entertainment institution that compete others in terms of doctrines and worship?

Well, just meditate on the above question while you read.

Today, we perceived the church to be a place where you can show off, display your riches, downplay on the less privileged. 

Why is this so? 

The youth of today think being a Christian is to dress in an expensive clothes, shoes and jewellery in the church.

And also think, a true believer is the one who bath, dress and appear in church every day in the whole week with dirty heart and full of hatred on his/her mind towards a fellow's progress and success.

A caliber and attitude of unforgiven, forgetting that the Bible he holds in his arms each day like office file says in the book of Mark 11:25 that when praying, first forgive anyone you are holding grudge against, so that your father in heaven will forgive you your sins too.

There you will see them shouting into the microphone as if they are the angels sent from heaven.

They will sing heaven and earth with their melody voices but within them hmmm.

For their guys, you will think they want to vibrate the church building with their audible voices, ''praise the Lord'' and forceful tongue speaking skills.

Few of these youth knew the right things but also follow the masses simply because they might be tag with names, like papa Jesus, mama Jesus therefore they chose to be in alignment with the masses.

Shifting the attention to the leadership role and the recklessness attitude of some men of God whose minds are always made up of the congregation's tithes and offertories to make them rich, don't have anything relevant and trust worthy to teach and direct these youth and their caliber in the church and beyond.

Even in some churches of today, for real, some men of God are imitating their youth in some regards.

Could you imagine, a pastor calling the youth brother in the church to his office, asking him who is his tailor, who use to sew for him?

Just simply to order and let his clothes being sewn like his hanging trousers and the shirt that was sewed as a body shirt.

They preach what is irrelevant and always polish it, sidelining what exactly the Bible says.

Knowing very well when they preach the truth, the church might judge them so they preach not of the truth but words of their wish covering it with scriptures that they interpret differently. 

Therefore backsliding and leading the congregation into world of darkness but not light.

Fellow brethren, wake up! it is not glass or air-conditioning church buildings are the only holy place one can worship, for God spirit lives everywhere(omnipresent) perhaps the manners which purify his name and even in you for you're the temple of him(God).

Work on yourself Christian brother. There's no amount of prayer the pastor will pray for you that can work when you don't cleanse your heart to accept peace and love but rather still hold on to hatred and envy.

Brother, if you don't change yourself, nobody can change you.

Someone can change you outmost but not innermost and you know.

Work on yourself please.

To you the pastor, you're a leader for your congregation so where you pass, there they will pass also.

You know best to yourself, how you're leading the church, wealth alone is not enough rather try to redeem the congregation through the truth and the holy spirit but not otherwise, for the Bible says we should worship him in spirit and truth (John 4:24), but not what we see today.

Dear lovely reader, the year is almost coming to an end, how is your life going to be in the next year? 

Different caliber into 2023 or the same life with such caliber you best know that it won't prosper you?

The path is yours, and how you create it shall make it easier for your walk through tomorrow.
